Chiaki is Naomi's childhood friend since elementary school. She is a first dan Judo practitioner[1] and drummer for Feketerigo.
Appearance[]
Chiaki is described as a fit-looking girl with short, brown hair and bright, green eyes. Her hair reaches her neck and she usually has it flowing freely with a small tuft tied together on her left side. Chiaki seems to be slightly shorter than Mafuyu.
Background[]
Chiaki has been Naomi's friend since childhood as she lived close to him. They soon became friends, and before she knew it, Chiaki started developing romantic feelings towards Naomi.
Personaility[]
Chiaki is a very upbeat girl; she is very positive and energetic. She tries to be a responsible person and often tries stop Kyouko when she exhibits immoral behavior.
Despite these attributes, she is a very aggressive character who is not hesitant to use display her Judo skills, especially on Naomi. She sometimes gets very depressed and disheartened, usually stemming from matters involving Naomi - at times like these, Chiaki seeks the comfort of her plush animal dolls.
Chiaki is an accomplished drinker and will not hesistate to drink alchohol, including sake[2] at home and in public. She often tries to get the rest of the band to drink with her.

Chronology[]
She arrives school and finds out she's on the same class as Nao again, she uses him as stepping stone to start talking to other classmates and later invites him to join the Folk Music Club. When Mafuyu arrives she interrogates Nao about how do they know each other, and when Nao wants to buy a guitar, she takes him to the music store where Kyouko works. She supported Nao while he was learning the bass and before his duel with Mafuyu.
After Mafuyu joins the band she tries to get close to her with nicknames and clothes.
